Report a Broken Link
If a download link fails, times out, or gives you the wrong file, tell us. Send the page address and what happened. Broken links are the fastest thing we fix, usually within a day.
Report an Error
Guides go out of date. A menu path changes, a setting moves, or a version number is wrong. If a step on this site does not match your screen, let us know which page and which step. We check it and correct the page.
Suggest a Guide
If you searched for something and could not find a clear answer anywhere, tell us what it was. Reader questions decide a large share of what gets written here. If enough people ask the same thing, it becomes a guide.
Tell Us What Is Missing
Some of our best pages exist because a reader pointed out that every site covering a topic had skipped the difficult part. If you notice that kind of gap, we want to know about it.

What Happens to Your Report
Every message is read by a person. Reports about broken files and wrong instructions go to the front of the queue, because those are the ones that waste readers’ time or send them somewhere unsafe.
When we correct a page, we fix the page itself rather than quietly deleting the section. If we published something wrong, saying so is part of the fix.
What We Cannot Do
We are an independent website. We are not connected to WhatsApp, to Meta, or to the developers who build the apps we write about.
That means we cannot:
- Recover or unban a blocked account
- Fix a bug inside an app
- Provide official support for any application
- Restore chats or backups lost on your device
